Dimel Enterprises began operations in Houston, Texas as a painter contractor in the summer of 1974. During our painting operations we were often asked if we could do carpentry work, so the company expanded operations. We progressed to full house remodeling and then expanded into commercial remodeling and building in 1978. This entailed building a veterinary clinic and custom homes. We also remodeled restaurants nationwide including Denny's from El Paso, TX to Chattanooga, TN, the Amazon grill and a California Kitchen in Houston, TX. Hurricane Katrina took us to New Orleans to do a major job for David's Bridal as well as another in Beaumont, TX after hurricane Rita.
We pride ourselves on perfection and strive for "zero defects" on every job, large and small.
The excitement is catching within our company as we venture to build custom homes at The Sanctuary at Costa Grande in Port O'Conner, Texas. Our president will have his own residence at The Sanctuary and is looking forward to meeting and working with his new neighbors.
At The Sanctuary we will be building with ICF (insulated concrete forms) and ensuring your home is well insulated and hurricane resistant, as well as aesthetically pleasing to you, the customer.
